We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
These terms and conditions only apply to gradgpt.com/ap* routes. The terms of gradgpt.com are separate and available here.
GradGPT AP provides AP exam practice materials and study tools. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board. AP is a registered trademark of the College Board.
Premium access is a one-time purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@gradgpt.com and we'll issue a full refund.
Don't misuse the service. This includes sharing your account with others, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
We may use your email to send service updates, announcements, and newsletters. These are delivered via Substack, which processes your email solely to send our messages. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in each email. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for marketing.
GradGPT and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any content obtained through it, or unauthorized access to your data. This applies regardless of legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GradGPT after changes constitutes acceptance.
